The key elements of our data model involve how customers have heard about Overly’s Country Christmas. After contact with the company it was clear that Overly’s intends to grow the Christmas festival as much as possible. In order to do this they must continue to attract a large crowd while ensuring customer satisfaction is high on a daily basis. The information in our data model is how customers found out about Overly’s. The data is inputted based on the date of the customers visit, their zip code, amount of people, years attending and county. The data given has outlined that the average years attending for customers is 11.67. After seeing this it is clear that current customers continue to come back. That being aid in order to expand Overly’s it is important to reach out to a new range of people. The data says that excluding other, most people found out about Overly’s through friends, signs and TV and print adds. With this information Overly’s should expand their marketing over these platforms that have proven successful. Our google form will help further analyze the customers at Overly’s on how they discovered the festival and their overall satisfaction. The data from each survey will be inputted and used to create new marketing schemes attract new customers to Overly’s Country Christmas
